In addition, you will receive detailed instructions on how to add more products yourself.     If you see Critical Gears (or "criticalg", "criticalgears") on your credit card statement - that means that you've (or somebody from your company) purchased our Instagram integration service. Critical Gears is our main company name, our design & development studio, which is also responsible for processing your payments for "The Instagrators" services.

  • What if products in my posts or shop are pending?

    The product in your shop or catalog is currently being reviewed. You'll be able to see your tag and its status, but people who view your post won't see the product tag until it's approved. Each product goes through the product approval system independently, so some products may finish the review process sooner or later than others.

  • What if products on my posts or shop are not approved?

    It is likely the product in your shop or catalog goes against Instagram policy. Please review the product in your catalog that you want to tag, and make sure it complies with Instagram commerce policies

  • What if I switched the Facebook catalog?

    If you switch the catalog you are using with shopping on Instagram, your existing product tags won't be moved, deleted, or changed. You can switch the catalog you want to in your Business Settings

  • What if my products are out of stock?

    If a product is out of stock, the associated product tag will be removed. Currently, the product tag won't reappear when the product comes back into stock.

  • What if I delete product from my Facebook catalog?

    When you delete a product from your catalog, it will remove the ability to feature that product on Instagram. You'll also lose insights for the associated tag that's been deleted.

  • How to delete a product tag?

    1. Go to the post that has product tags you want to delete
    2. Tap three dots menu icon
    3. Tap Edit
    4. Tap man icon
    5. Tap the tags you want to delete, and they'll disappear
    6. Tap Done

  • How to edit a product tag?

    1. Go to the post that has product tags you want to move
    2. Tap three dots menu icon
    3. Tap Edit
    4. Tap man icon
    5. Drag the tags from their current location to where you want
    6. Tap Done

  • How to add product tags to my Instagram posts?

    Start by uploading an image to Instagram as you normally would. Add your filters, edit the image, write a caption, and add hashtags and location tags if you like.

    Once you’ve done that, tagging products is basically the same process as tagging other Instagram users in your posts. And it happens in the Share screen once you’re happy with your caption, edits, and filters.

    Tap the Tag Products section and then select the products in the photo you want to tag. Next, enter the names of the products you want to tag in your image, and then select them as they appear in the search results.
